I've been having a lot of strange dreams lately. I blame the movie Inception.
My most recent favorite dream involved my hubby, Jessi and I going to Rod Sickler's Red Hot Winter. We went to a back room where no-one was and low and behold Keith Urban was playing guitar and singing. I was shocked that the room wasn't swarming with women! But, alas, he came to me put his hands over mine and began to teach me guitar while singing. We ended the lesson with a hug. Let me tell you I was one HAPPY girl until I woke up!!! ;-)
My two year old niece is such a sweet doll! While her mom and dad had a date watching Rascal Flatts, we got to play! We went to the mall briefly so I could get some freebies from Bath and Body Works and MORE IMPORTANTLY to ride on the merry-go-round.
Olivia had a fun riding an Ostrich and 'Uncle Chris' had fun snapping shots of us shopping and playing. Olivia wanted to go again on the merry-go-round but we easily snapped her away by promising a pj-wearing Veggie Tale party! She liked that plan and talked to us the whole way back. She snuggled right in to watch her show and we got sweet talked into watching a second one.
Oh and Cooper had a blast playing with his cousin Dexter too!
Tuesday was our last day in Hawaii. I truly didn't want to leave. We spent the morning hanging poolside, then did the late check out at noon. We ate lunch at the resort and had an entertaining Billy something that was telling me the best way to get a job in Hawaii. Oh, I could dream!!
Rose and I took a Hula class, I really enjoyed it and just wish I could remember more!
We went to A-bay beach. I have to say this way by far the nicest beach we visited as you can tell by the billion pics of me to follow!
We ended the day with a great dinner at sunset. But, the sunset was only beautiful for about five minutes then the grand picturesqueness totally slipped away!
We flew out late at night, I begged the TSA people to find a mistake on my ticket but they failed me and I had to get on the plane. Let me tell you that I truly could of abandoned my life in Illinois and just been a hobo in Hawaii. I think I would truly be happy doing just that, at least during winter. I'll post next about what I came home too! But, Cooper was sure happy to see me! ;-)
